Online dating is the new thing. Okay, it has been for quite awhile. Many love stories these days are based on them meeting through a dating app! That is how Kelsie and Joseph met, through bumble, nonetheless! Like meeting each other for the first time and knowing they were it for each other, that is how they found this venue! When they toured the venue for their Waldenwoods Resort Wedding, they fell in love right away and knew it was it!

October is such a personable month for them. It’s the month they got engaged, it’s their favorite holiday month (Halloween), and now, it’s their wedding month! They love October so much, that when Joseph asked Kelsie to marry him, he did so by engraving a ring on a pumpkin!

Waldenwoods Resort Wedding

Kelsie was one of the few brides I met who was calm before her wedding ceremony. If anything, she was excited! As she was in her getting-ready room, she saw quest arriving at the venue. She even saw Joseph get his photos done with me, and was just ready to get the show on the road!

Their favorite moment? There are many! Joe loved seeing Kelsie walk down the aisle in such a beautiful dress. Joe’s grandma also gave a speech after the ceremony that had everyone in tears from the prayer she gave. Both Kelsie and Joe had an all day favorite moment, which was time with each other. Wedding days can be very fast-pace, but it is really important to take some time with each other and look back on the days’ event. Which is best done during bride and groom portraits. At that point, it’s all party!

Now, Joe and Kelsie will enjoy their married life by taking camping trips, and hanging out with their puppy at their new home they bought before the wedding! Congratulations to Joe and Kelsie!
