Before I was a wedding photographer, I worked in admissions at a local college. Lea was a new and exciting student who did tours for the newer students. Getting to see her come into the college as a student, then seeing her graduate was really cool. What made this special was now, I got to see her get married! The Henderson Castle, Michigan Wedding Venue is where they had their beautiful wedding and it was one of my favorites! With a first look with both her dad and step-dads but her grandfathers as well! It was truly a wonderful day!

Lea and Adam met back in 2016, and he proposed to her in 2017. They got married on a snowy day, which was perfect for their beautiful wedding! This wedding venue is near and dear to them, for its a vintage castle that reminds them of their home. Just a bit ago, they bought an old vintage home and now spend a lot of time putting it together and changing the home. They love renovating it and making it theirs!

The craziest moments about this wedding? It had snowed the day before, and. they actually had to find someone to plow the venue. No one could get in our out of it. While Lea’s mom went off to Target, she ended up finding the burgundy jackets you see a lot in these photos. It was perfect for these snowy winter wedding photos!
